🎯 Free customer acquisition via Pinterest?

…Yes, that’s one of the amazing insights we took away from our European Productsup Customer Connect event in Berlin last week! 🇪🇺✨

Customers and partners from all across Europe joined us for two inspiring days of learning, laughing, celebrating, and networking. 💬🤝🎉

💡 Key message of the day: “Your feed becomes your new product detail page.” Or even shorter: “Your feed is your sales pitch!” 🚀

Product feeds have always been important — but they’re quickly becoming the backbone of modern commerce. During a packed day of sessions, we explored exactly why.

I kicked things off with my session on Feed Management in the Age of AI, where we dove into: 🤖 Developments around agentic checkout & the agentic commerce protocol 🛒 How these trends will shape merchants’ sales strategies 🌐 The different approaches by Google, Perplexity, and OpenAI

Then, Malte Landwehr (Peec AI) shared brilliant insights on AI Visibility Tactics: From SEO Strategy to GEO Execution introducing us to Fan Out Queries and the power of citations for search rankings. 🔍

Josef S. (Pinterest) wowed us with a session on optimizing product content for visual search, and yes, when you send your feed to Pinterest, they’ll automatically generate organic pins for your products even before running ads! 📸📌…so there is really no reason not to engage with Pinterest.

In the afternoon, Ioannis Koukoulis (Crealytics) revealed his best Productsup hacks & best practices including clever workflows for excluding blacklisted products. 💡

Malak Bahri and I presented our short to mid-term product roadmap, followed by a dynamic panel discussion moderated by Kate Wittstock with Malte, Ioannis, and Gaiar Baimuratov. 🎤

A big shoutout to Christian Broscheit, who guided us through the day with charme, wit, and even a fosbury flop moment and an even bigger shoutout to our marketing team and everyone else involved who made this day possible.

👉 Couldn’t be prouder of what we’re building at Productsup — and even more excited about the future of commerce powered by Feeds + AI. 💥
